Almost whole 'bottle' used but no real difference in hair growth using the shampoo. The Hair Helper seems to be helping using it daily. The eyebrow stuff didn't do anything (I have no eyebrows-total alopecia since 2013). Some lashes are growing a bit without using anything. Had lost all lashes as well as leg hair, armpit hair, pubic hair etc. That was 12 years ago..........
