Package Loss Warranty

First, it took almost a month for it to be delivered. Disappointing as I thought it was being shipped from the USA not China! I have used the product for almost 45 days and my scalp is still very itchy and I’m still experiencing hair loss every day! I would like to return my order for a refund for these reasons!
